[Help] Pc not powering on with gfx installed

Hello, So my pc suddenly went off and wasn't turning on after that. So i tried changing ram slot but it didn't help. I removed my gfx card now pc is working fine. if i plug it back again same thing happens.motherboard just gives a single beep and pc wont boot or power on :cry:
Is my psu faulty ? or my gpu is giving problems ?
Got my psu through rma few months back.
please help :rolleyes:

It's possible that your PCI power connection rail has failed.

Make sure that the power supply connector to the graphics card is plugged in, and if you have a multimeter, measure between the yellow and black wires on the connector and make sure that they read 12V.

It's also possible that the graphics card itself has failed. If it has failed, it may not allow the computer to go through its POST routine. In that case you'll have to replace the card.

Do you have access to another machine that you can test the graphics card in? That would rule out the card and make the power supply more suspect.

i dont have multimeter, seems like either psu or gfx card is the culprit here
so i guess i would have to get them checked both
dont have access to another pc or psu
no other way to narrow down which is causing problem ? i guess
