Can I do a clean install and still keep my data?

I'm currently using Win7 RC and have 4 internal HD's set up in RAID.

2 - 500GB drives in RAID 0
2 - 500GB drives in RAID 1

I use the RAID 1 drives for backup purposes only.

I have 3 partitions on Raid 0, named as follows: A:,B:,C:
I have the OS (Windows 7 RC) installed on C: partition and use the other two partitions for data.

Now that I will be moving the Full version soon, I will be doing a clean install.

Here's my question:
1. Can I just do a clean install on my C: partition of RAID 0 drives?

2. Will that wipe out the data on the other partitions? If no, will that data be accessible after the clean install of the OS?

3. Will the install wipe out the data on RAID 1 drives? If no, will that data be accessible after the clean install of the OS?

I built my system recently with brand new drives and Win7 RC. I installed the RAID driver and setup the RAID in bios before installing the current OS (software RAID?).

Please advice.

Thanks.

Yes, just select the C partition during the Clean install.
2. Will that wipe out the data on the other partitions? If no, will that data be accessible after the clean install of the OS?
No, won't affect partitions A or B. All your data will be untouched and accessible.
3. Will the install wipe out the data on RAID 1 drives? If no, will that data be accessible after the clean install of the OS?
It will only affect partition C. I would disconnect the RAID 1 array before you start.
