Random hangs/restarts, with 1 BSOD in safe mode after clean install

I've been chasing my tail now for days on random hangs/restarts trying to find solutions to event 41 (63) kernel power. I've only had the 1 BSOD in safe mode and so hope it points to the problem I'm having.
I've tried just about every solution and diagnostic I can find.
I have reinstalled windows twice now, and still hangs after a clean install with nothing but a browser. Although it will idle fine all day and night, I find it will hang/restart after watching youtube for less than half an hour.
Even after getting all windows updates, latest drivers, BIOS flashed, I still get hangs/restarts.
I have tried memtest, CPU test, GPU test, (no temp problems) and hard drive diags which all passed ok. I've replaced PSU, RAM, Video card with no luck. My closest suspects maybe the NVIDIA SATA chipset, USB controller or PSU.
It all started I guess when my hard drive died 6 months ago after no problems for 6 years. I decided to upgrade my CPU, RAM, PSU, VIDEO, SSD and upgrade from Vista Business to 7 Pro.
It was all working fine for about 5 months, then last month the SSD died. Got a new HDD, reinstalled windows 7 and its been nothing but hangs and restarts. Tried all my original CPU, RAM, PSU and VIDEO...and it still hangs. Just the 1 BSOD, but I hope someone can translate it for me...

Check your RAM. Your memory sticks can be damaged or something,just get them out of the slots and test them on another computer. BSOD is mainly caused by problems with RAM. So,first make sure that your RAM has no problems, good luck

ok, but I've also tried my original RAM chips, plus 1 stick (x4) at one time in 1 slot. And ran memtest for 12 hours with no errors..

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

Run MemTest86+, It must be MemTest86+. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Run the CD that came with your SSD.

Both sfc and chkdsk found no problems.
How long should I run furmark and memtest86? I have also run both overnight with no problems.

MemTest86+ for 8 passes. It must be MemTest86+, ignore Furmark as you already ran it.

Ok memtest86+ for 8 passes and 0 errors. I've run this for almost 40 hours in total now, ram seems not to be the issue.
Is there some sort of driver fault I'm missing here?

Did you run the CD that came with your SSD?

No my SSD died, this is a re-install on a new HDD. Thats why I thought maybe a Sata controller might be causing this. I've only had these problems since it died a month ago.

Ok the Seatools for windows didn't work (no drives listed), so ran the DOS version and both Short and Long Tests PASSED.

Run all the tests, including the generic one.

There is no generic test in the DOS version, only short, long and acoustic. And I can't hear anything in the acoustic test.

My second BSOD to occur, but I'm afraid I don't think it's related to my problem. If I'm reading it right, it's zone alarm firewall, but the windows hang problem preceded this installation. I'll disable it though in the mean time to avoid more conflicts with DV.

I am starting to pull my hair out with this, windows is continuing to freeze, but I am not getting any more BSOD. Should I change DV to check MS drivers as well?
