Is this Outlook 2007 Legal to install?

I lost my Outlook 2007 including product code. (Actually the moving company lost it)
I found an Outlook 2007 on eBay and the seller told me that it was installed on a laptop and then uninstalled. Would it's product code be legal to install on my PC?

Depends on the license and version being sold.
eBay is not where I would be buying.
But you could request proof of version installs to other computers
Or ask how much and where the 2007 suite was sold.

Could be selling your lost copy :p

I don't like to buy this kind of thing on eBay. I'm sure that it's not my lost Outlook 2007. I just can't find it in any of my boxes that was on the movers truck so I assume they lost it. Maybe the seller upgraded to a more recent version.
