I recently reinstalled Windows 7 after my Alienware laptop stopped booting. After that, I have been getting a crash+restart approximately once a day.
A dialogue box after a recent shutdown said:
The referenced files are attached in dumpfiles.zip. I've also attached the .zip file generated by the program in the "BSOD - Posting Instructions" thread.
Sometimes the computer crashes with a BSOD. Other times it crashes with a strange mess of blue and white static. I managed to snap a picture of the latter behavior:
Does anyone have any ideas about how to stop these repeated crashes?
