Recently I've been having loads of BSOD problems. The first time it happened was when I kept my browser up for a long time. Weeks later I got used to it, considering I mostly browse on my phone now. So, one day I kept my laptop open for a while for steam to download some half-life and hitman games when suddently I heard some violent collisions sounds coming out of my computer and it shut off. When I tried to boot it up - I got a BSOD with the error BAD_POOL_HEADER. I loaded it up in safe mode and checked what caused the BSOD on bluescreen viewer. Turns out it was AVG. So, I deleted everything that is linked with AVG 2015. Then it booted normally, after that I had some other BSODs and fixed some of them then scanned and deleted some malware on my laptop (I think the random collision sounds stopped). But I can't seem to fix this one.
Basically, whenever I interact with my desktop (IE. opening programs) explorer.exe doesn't respond and then it closes. After a minute or so I get greeted by another lovely BSOD. It didn't have a title at first, but when I checked it's CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION 0x00000f4. Any tips on what to do next? Also when opening .exe shortcuts I get errors after explorer.exe crashes which say that the memory could not be read. Any tips on what to do next?
Thanks in advance.
