Solved Word 2010 and avery templates

I'm trying to print return address labels using avery templates. The one with 80 per sheet. I don't know how to populate all 80 labels without typing them in one at a time, which I know isn't the way to do it.

I usually just Copy [Ctrl+C] the first label then Enter to advance to the next label and Paste [Ctrl+V] to each label across. Then I Copy all of those, press Ctr+Enter to advance and Ctrl+V to Paste until the sheet is filed.

Hi:

Unless I misunderstand what you are trying to do (which is always possible <LOL>)...

I think there might be an easier way with just 2 mouse-clicks?

From the ribbon: Mailings > Labels.
Then: Type what you want in the address box (e.g. your return address); this would be even easier if you already have your return address saved, as you would only need to tick the "use return address" option at the top right of the box.
Then: Make sure, under Print, that "Full Page of the Same Label" is ticked.
Then: Click the "New Document" button.
