BSOD occurs when color mode is changed to 32bit

Hey, i rolled back the driver to the old driver because when the new driver was installed and after it crashed and again restarted, it gave a blue screen so i had to revert it back to the old one!

while the windows update was checking for updates, i thought of changing to 32bit and see if its working. it actually worked for hours but then suddenly i forgot to charge my laptop, so it got shut down and when i again started it and logged in and kept it idle for like a minute, a bluescreen appears saying an attempt to write memory in a read-only disk or something.

So, then i restarted and then saw, the problems came back again. Some updates were installed including one called windows kernal - framework driver update.

sorry i did not reply for a while.
Anyways,
i installed windows vista and it runs flawlessly. No BSODs, very smooth and no problems at all!

All of this happend only in windows 7.
What might be the issue.

And also Intel Drivers are causing these blue screens in windows 7 not the default windows 7 driver. But i can't game with that driver. So, can u tell me what would be the issue!
