No one can give you a sensible answer because we don't know what you need to do with the PC, what your budget is, or your source for the parts.

That processor scores 2577 on the Passmark benchmark.

There are over a hundred currently available processors that score higher--many of them much higher. A mid-level Intel processor of the current generation would score perhaps 6000 on that benchmark, and an upper-level one might have a score of 10,000.

Unless you are on a very strict budget, I'd certainly try to include an SSD in any new computer.

Hi,
I'd say cooling/ add more case fans temps look a little high if at idle when you took the screen shot ?
Best upgrade is always a ssd :)

Depending on what motherboard you buy, it's entirely possible you will have to buy new RAM also.

Pick out a CPU and motherboard from your dealer so we can evaluate it. I'd probably look at an Intel i3 CPU and a socket 1151 motherboard. Those 2 items might cost 200 to 250 US dollars.

A link to your dealer would help.

Hi,
Well the higher than I believe are normal temps are usually from blocked cpu coolers or old stock cpu coolers just wore out
Proper intake and exhaust fans do help to keep at least room temperature air moving through the system.

Either way we can't really help shop for stuff we have no idea what is available in your area/ region :(

The 1st and only thing you should get right now is a solid state drive to reinstall windows on. I recommend a Samsung 850 EVO or 850 Pro, the Pro is better, but of course costs more.

Then later put the fastest AMD cpu in that your motherboard will support.

Your 8 GB of 1333 memory is fine.

Then when you saved enough money to get the latest and best motherboard you can afford, come back and we`ll give you excellent choices.

If you should go Intel ( which I highly recommend ) I would not get anything less then the best i5 you can possibly afford, it`s all about the motherboard and the cpu, you get them first then you build around that.

It is a long process and you need mucho cash, some of us have taken years to get our machines to where they are now.

And some of us just do it because we are insane :D
