Is it me or why i can't download KB3135445 manual update?

Okay I want to install manually updates and I want to download this KB3135445 update.
I go to the website, press download and it freeze for like 5min and nothing..
How to fix that? Or its for all of u ?

I'm getting the same thing that you got for the KB that you mentioned and for the March 2016 Windows Update Client update KB3138612.
