Why I can't download Windows 7 Profesional 32 bit from Digital River ?

A few days ago I wanted to download Windows 7 Profesional 32 bit iso from Digital River. It started to download and then it stopped to download at 10.9 mb. I tried to download it with Free Download Manager, Internet Download Manager, DownThemAll but it also stopped at 99%. This problem is on all my browsers. I didn't have any Internet Connection problems while downloading the iso. I tried to download files that are larger than 2GB but its the same problem. I am on a DSL connection. I need this iso to install it on another computer. How to solve this problem ?:shock:

Usually what happens after 99% is that the file is moved from a temp folder to the download folder, and then scanned by your antivirus program. Try and delete all browsing history, verify there's enough free space on the disk, and temporarily disable the antivirus.

What do you mean? Delete all browsing history, verify there's enough free space on the disk, and temporarily disable the antivirus. Then download the file. When it's finished you enable the antivirus again.
