i want ask about dws tool (Destroy Windows 10 Spying)
is this tool save for win7? i mean no Trojans , spyware ,etc..
no damaged Windows files ..BCD errors.. etc

I would expect that tool to be useless for Windows 7, if it even runs on it. It's specifically aimed to control the malware included in Windows 10, most of it not even existing in 7, or Windows providing options to control it as it should. It's basically not needed on anything but Windows 10.

Other than that, it's an open source tool. I would expect it to be safe without any hidden things, as long as you use their official website to download and not anything third party that potentially bundle it with something malicious.

The only Known MS "spying" on W7, apart from the W10 updaters
is the Application experience service, which can be dissabled with no loss of functionality.

The W10 spying/telemtry updates can be removed using the GWX control panel, by the UltimateOutsider

"WER" service (Windows Error Reporting) is another known spyware built-in into Windows 7, also enabled by default, but can (and should) be safely disabled without any negative consequences.

Your right but they only "spy" when something goes wrong, same as MSE, you just turn them OFF in the GUI's, not dissable in services.

Does it have a GUI? Interesting, didn't know that. But ultimately, when disabled the data sending, what purpose has that service? It only exist for sending MS information about program crashes (information that they have NO reason to have to begin with, and done insecurely so that anyone can also get it).

MSE is a different beast I think. When data sending disabled, it still fulfills a purpose (even though its an antivirus......). Real time and manual scans still works (contrary to WER that exist solely for spying). Also, sending of infected files even make sense, antivirus vendor have a good use of potentially infected files for creating signatures, while crash reports for random software has no use for MS.

It's for Windows 10 but will run on Windows 7 but features that are only for windows 10 will not work.

Fellow in my computer club who built my computer says any Update with the word "Telemetry" in it is spyware. He gave me a list, but most of them are old updates from 2015 that he has already blocked in all his builds. The others we've blocked are the forced update to Win 10.

It's naive to think MS is spying on us only for records of program crashes.
