We are good, but not that good.
Perhaps if you could give us some more information we might be able to help you!

Things like:

[01] Was it working before?
[02] Is it a home network?
[03] Is it wired or Wi-Fi?
[04] Has it stopped working after an update?
[05] Has it stopped working after a software installation?
[06] Do you have a router?
[07] Have you PINGED the router to see if it is working?
[08] Is it a new install?
[09] What is the ISP?
[10] What did ipconfig /all say?
[11] Have you installed any new hardware?

etc, etc, etc.

Perhaps you could attach a copy of the ipconfig /all output.
