SSD samsung 860 evo on compaq presario CQ57-302sl very low

Hello I'm new here. Thank in advance for any help
I have a compaq presario cq57-302sl with SSD samsung 860 evo.
I wont to ask if there are something to do extra for this SSD because the performance are very bad: menu and windows take one minute to open. get worse with antivirus.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hi!

Yes: replace HD with Samsung 860 evo
I installed win7 by cd-recover
Fresh install
Boot system is very quick. Very Very low are menu, windows and browser
I cleaned with CCleaner
I stop all program no antivirus

I tried to install win7 ultimate but menu, windows and browser open very slow.
I finish to install all upgrade without positive results.

This notebook has to work only with internet and office. I think the hardware is enough
AMD Dual-Core E-300 da 1,3 GHz
4 GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 6310M upto 1,9GB
SSD samsung 860 evo

I tried to clean with: Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535. It doesn't work: I saw the first small start window but after that, nothing. The command closed itself
The cpu always 100% after cleanmgr closed itself, cpu return between 20% or less.
I hope to be clear.

In Win 7, the Trim function for an SSD doesn't run automatically. If you have Samsung software which includes a Trim function, I would run it manually and then reboot.

On a laptop with 4G of memory you should have installed Win 7 32, not Win 7 64 bits. It will run much better.
Win 7 ultimate also demands more resources than win 7 pro or HP. Witch version came with the laptop?

Check if trim is enabled:
Type this cmd
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify

It will give you one of two results, either a 0 or a 1. A zero indicates that TRIM is enabled correctly, a one means that it is not. If you have a TRIM-compatible SSD, but find that Windows 7 hasn't enabled the command, you can easily do so by running this command:

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0

In my last response, I should have asked you to first run the Windows Disk Cleanup utility from Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools before running the Trim. Sorry about that.

Probably the problem is not the ssd: From when i press the button to the screen desktop the pc take 30 second or less. So, the problem is browser and windows.
Sorry for my doubt, but Could it be the driver apu?

Under the current system environment, some functions in Magician CANNOT be run.
If multiple iterations of Read and Write are performed, RAPID mode may become inactive due to system internal errors on some of the AMD / AsMedia Controller or Driver.

anyway the trim status and rapid mode are always enable

Did you actually try the Disk Cleanup, rebooting and then manually running the Trim?

Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?

There aren't problems on devmgmt. always trim enable. drive ahci enable.
Could it be ram issue? I've this type: samsung 4gb 1333
Crucial website suggest me this type: ddr3l 1600
I tried with used HHD: the same performance

This item was sold with windows 7 home premium original 64bit 7 years ago. more or less.
Absolutely I will try with my original windows 7 ultimate 32bit. But, forgive me, How can all ram work with 32bit? There is something I'm not getting. Again, Why does someone sold something doesn't work, completely well?
HP is still releasing driver for windows 8 64bit.
I need this laptop for working only with office and internet. maybe sometimes with DVD... What I can't do right now
I'm not saying to do professional graphic. Example: right now I can't listen a audio cd, check internet and write with office in the same time. The cd skips, chrome stop when I switch it with office.
So, I've been thinking to remove windows and to work with Debian but I have to share it with other people.

If it came with Win 7 HP, why don't you install Win 7 HP 32 instead of win Ultimate. Ultimate uses more resources (that you don't have) then HP. Your laptop came with a COA stiker with a Win 7 HP license. See below the case or inside the battery case. The Win 7 HP license is valid for 32 or 64 bits. Use the license to install HP 32.

Win 7 64 SP1 use more than 2G. Your internal graphics around 800M. For programs you'll have arond 1.2G
Win 7 32 SP1 use more than 1G. Your internal graphics around 800M. For programs you'll have arond 2.2G
That is why it will run better. More memory available to programs.
