Updates Now Show Applications Installed

I recently updated some of my drivers and now see four applications installed, both in Revo Uninstaller and Windows Installed Programs:

Windows Driver Package - Alps (ApkbfltrService Keyboard) (07/20/2015 1.0.0.2)
Windows Driver Package - Intel (XtuAcpiDriver) System (01/14/2019 4.0.0.69)
Windows Driver Package - Etron Tech (USBET) Image (06/06/2012 1.0.3.7)
Windows Driver Package - LXD Company (HidUsb) HIDClass (01/26/2013 21.8.1.319)

Would uninstalling these packages also remove their associated drivers?

I suspect that the devices have some customisation utility, that interacts with he GUI, and that is why you are seeing them in Programs/features.

My understanding is that any GUI-based customiser is independent of the actual device driver, so uninstalling them would not uninstall the driver. However, it could be that the GUI-customiser is integrated with the device driver, and uninstalling would therefore also remove the device driver.

Personally I would leave it alone, and just accept the information presented to you. If you are keen to remove these packages, then I'd research what they actually do before loosing them. And certainly create a Restore Point before making any changes.

I've backed up the drivers and will create a Restore Point before any deletions.

Why do you wish to do that?
What do you mean delete?
Delete is not same as roll back or uninstall.
Safe How to Uninstall, Disable, Roll Back, Update Device Drivers in ...

What do you mean associated drivers? Associated to what?
Those are the drivers in the packages for the updates, you remove the package, the drivers are removed.

Driver backup to external media. yes
Restore Point, ok but, quite often it fails when you need it.
Drive image to external HDD. yes

I don't like having programs (aka applications) installed that I don't want to be installed.

After backing up all of my drivers and creating a Restore Point, I then uninstalled the four programs (packages) that I previously noted. So far, I have not encountered any problems. Of course, if I do, I have ways to get back to where I was, but I don't expect that to happen.
