No problem, and it looks like Microsoft is slowly and quietly removing goodies for Windows 7 from their various web sites. I collect ISOs, EXEs, MSIs, ZIPs like a librarian collects books. I actually own, and made backup/archive duplicates, both MS (not OEM) Windows 7 Professional 32 and 64 bit.

Really? I was able to start the download but I did not have it finish. Did you select the exe or the msu? I tried the exe. Did you get an error message? What browser are you using and did you try another one? Considering IE's age I would not use it with M$'s website. They might have it partially blocked. It is working for me on Firefox.

Did you read this? You are better off using Chrome or Firefox than IE.

Even though Internet Explorer has updated to version 11.0.220, there are an increasing number of websites that no longer support it or allow it to function properly.
Because of that, I use Mozilla Firefox 82.0.3 (current version) as a secondary browser.
It's what I used to obtain the download links for Service Pack 1 32-bit and 64-bit.

last week i had freshly installed win 7 & installing sp1 took nearly 1hr ... bt after it, couldnt login & went in loop restart ... so did fresh install again this week ... for installing sp1 on fresh win 7, how much time does it take ??? & which files to download before installing sp1 ???

Hi there
I was looking for Service pack 1 and came across your post, I followed the successive pages and came to a halt yet again.
Makes me wonder if Microsoft want everybody to move to Win 10 why then do they put so many obstacles in the way forward :banghead:
If you have an updated version I would be really grateful

I think the next time that I contribute to a thread I will put every single action down whether it is 64 bit or 32 bit or whether or whether is is for my machine (64 bit Windows 7 Professional) or whether is for a machine that I am working on i.e. Samsung 32 bit.
In my profile specs it does say the following ;
Windows 7 64bit
Service Pack 1

I am now going for a lie down
