Updates Kb4474419 and Kb4490628 Failed to Install

So, I'm trying to get those two installed because Easy Anti-Cheat keeps screwing with me on Dead by Daylight. Updates installed OK on Windows, but when I reboot the PC, I get this:

PC then Reboots twice, and all goes back to normal, except the updates are not installed.

Any idea of how can I solve this? I am trying to install some "SHA-2" thing to deal with EAC.

Hm, that's possible. I'll have to double-check if I have one of the older ones. That said, that site's in Russian; I have no idea of what it says there, and I'd rather not risk installing something I have no idea of what it is.

So, I checked, and apparently, it DID install Kb4490628 (wasn't showing earlier), so I guess it's Kb4474419 that F'd up.
