Since I was feeling so low earlier it seemed like a good day to buy myself something. So off to Staples I headed. Hate going to Staples it is like Barnes & Noble (Book store) just cannot walk out without purchasing something. Today it was a new Mouse and Keyboard. The Mouse is the Microsoft Wireless 5000, and already I in love with it, it is one smooth device. Will have to get use to the buttons that allows you to move between screens (back and forward buttons). Though already I am liking them.
The keyboard is the Microsoft 3000 v 2.0. Has a great feel to the keys, They are smooth and fast, just the right feel and takes very little effort to work the keys. It has about ten programmable keys (will have to get use to them). Windows 7 detected both immediately.
Also purchased the Sony eBook Reader (6' screen, $199.00). Been wanting one for a long time, and today seem to be the right day to get one. Will be playing with it for a couple of days to get the feel of the reader. This will change how much I pay for books. There goes my great library, no more buying retail hard backs. (Purchased in Oregon—no taxes.)
Damn I going to have to stop these bad feeling days, they can get a little expensive.
