The support for Windows 7 as well as Windows Vista has been discontinued with the V4.5 release in July 2021. Either way, V4.4.2 remains available for these outdated operating systems.

If you have tried everything possible and are still are running out of space then you might consider:
 • Replace the internal drive with a larger one
 • Buy an external drive and move some of your files there

To free up disk space in Win7, try:

 1. Running Disk Cleanup as an admin.
 2. Deleting temp files (%temp% folder).
 3. Emptying the Recycle Bin.
 4. Uninstalling unused programs.
 5. Removing old system restore points.
 6. Compressing files and folders.
 7. Finding and deleting large files/folders.
If TreeSize doesn't work, try alternatives like WinDirStat or SpaceSniffer.

Normally, I'd just say "Clean out the JUNK files".
And I'd give you my Cleanup.bat program to do just that, but.....
My Cleanup.bat (batch file) was written specifically for Windows 10 and 11, and may miss the boat on Windows 7.

However, there are still some little things you can do to cut down on the junk file overhead.....
Open a CMD prompt, and enter these four lines, one at a time and press ENTER, after each line.
You might be amazed at how many junk files will be found and deleted.

Del /F /S /Q C:\*.tmp
Del /F /S /Q C:\*.old
Del /F /S /Q C:\*.log
Del /F /S /Q C:\*.bak

These are the first four lines of my own Cleanup.bat , batch file, that I use daily to keep my own PC free of JUNK.

Please, let me know if that helps. If it helps, I can give you a few more lines to try, that may or may not work on Win-7.

OH, by the way, what browser are you using? Edge, Firefox, Chrome, , , What?

TM

is another good one, imo its even good to set as a scheduled task on logon as there will be less likely to break anything while login. Although It shouldn't be an issue because /f means readonly and by nature you cannot delete anything that is being used by something else anyway..

The main reason to do this at login is so you get the maximum saturation potential to clean. By running as a login task also means that the directory remains minimized and therefore the performance impact of running the task at login also remains minimal.
