Which home router support IPv6 ??

Looks like its time to upgrade from my older Linksys WRT54GX router to a new one.
My question is which new routers support IPv6?? How can you tell?? Is there a comprehensive list of new routers supporting it??
(If I am to upgrade, might as well get a nice one that supports it).

Anyone have suggestions for a good/great (wireless) router that plays nice with Win7 x64?? Something in the sub $200 range. Willing to spend more for a better product.
(In doing some research I have seen poor reviews for virtually all routers, no matter the make/brand... so maybe I should be looking for the "LEAST WORST"..LOL)

Currently I have 4 hardwired computers and 4 wireless devices (1 computer, 3 "other"--ipod touch, wii, etc)

Anys suggestions will be appreciated.

I have WRT54G since the beginning and it works still, what are u wanting to do from having a specific ipv6 router?

Why??... sorry, I should have 'splained.
It has been pretty well abused over the years (kids) and the antennas are currently held in place by gorilla glue and some fancy duct-tape action.
It sill works, but I thought it prudent to look around now, before it fails...and I have to make a (bad) snap decision and run out to get an emergency replacement.
(No Network Access would constitute a massive emergency at my house)

I have the "slightly repaired" router all safe and secure for right now, and it might last for a long time (as long as no one yanks on the CAT6 cables..again).
..but with the holidays coming, I expect that there will be some pretty good deals in the next few months..so I would just like to be prepared..if you know what I mean.

lol point taken. Personally i don't think you need to worry about getting ipv6 router just yet, not for home use anyway. Just replace it with a "normal" Linksys one, i'm not sure the model but i'm sure you get what i mean.

I have no idea which current routers support it, but I just wanted to mention a few things about IPv6.

The Chinese love it. Not because of any particular national or ethnic predisposition, but because they can finally have a few more "public" IP addresses. Currently, all of China runs under 3 public (IPv4) IP addresses donated by IBM, and they are in turn shared out through 9274 layers of NAT. I'm not exaggerating as much as some might think.

The software and hardware companies love it too, because people buy more of their new stuff which is IPv6-compliant. Needless to say, XP's support for IPv6 is nowhere near as good as Win7's, and it never will be either.

European and Australasian (read Australian) regulatory authorities are largely ambivalent towards it. While they can see the writing on the wall, it turns out the story told by the writing is actually quite painful in terms of the transition effort, plus it's really dragging on a bit now, surely?

Big American ISPs detest it. Their IP-address-per-user density is larger than the rest of the world combined, so the only thing they stand to gain in the short term is a massive bill for equipment upgrades to support a new standard which is utterly irrelevant to 99% of their customers.

My point is - don't hold your breath waiting for IPv6. That last group has a lot of clout.

Come on man, there is no rationale for ipv4 vs ipv6 other than it's actual usage :sarc: which for the normal person might not even be known.
What people should think of is if it works, then it works dont care how

If you are concerned over what you have seen in forums regarding IPv6 and Windows 7 networking, I spoke to a Cisco rep a couple days ago (I too needed to purchase a new router, long story). there are IPv6 routers out there but very few. You don't need one for what you do in household. His layman's explanation was that IPv6 routers are used to bridge multiple LANs. A good tip for you though is to go to widows' certified hardware site and use it to help guide your choice.

Looking for any positive comments on a good router..judging from all the different reviews I have seen there is no one router (or brand) that really stands out. Most all of them seem hit-and-miss. Sometimes they work great for people, Sometimes they don't...sometimes you get a good one, other times you end up with faulty one.

DIR-615 - Wireless b/g/n Router. IPv6 supported in some models. Hardware revision C with firmware 3.01 supports IPv6 both natively and with tunnels (including 6-in-4 static).
