When I set the site up I didn't have the email server configured so I disabled instant notification etc, this has now been re-enabled but will only kick in on new registrations.
As SK says you can change the notifications in your usercp

Two people have added to my rep and it is not adding any value to the total at the user cp. I wasn't sure; but I knew the total then someone added to it again and the value didn't change. So I assume that neither addition added since it was set up.
Also it would be nice to be able to see who has added to it; so a thank you note can be sent, if appropriate.
