Could install view upgrade on another team??

I am of La Rioja,(Spain),i have not installed w.vista yet in no equipment,
thanks.
nor have i installed windows 7
recommend installed clean windows 7 without installing vista??

I was asking because here in Argentina we have a province called La Rioja too, just for curiosity.
Since yo haven't installed Windows Vista nor Windows 7 in any PC yet, I recommend you first to try to do a clean install of Windows 7. If Windows 7 don't let you do that, then you have no more choice than installing Windows Vista and then upgrade to Windows 7.
No doubt that is much better a clean install than an upgrade, just for that I recommend you to try the way I told you before.
Try it and then come back to tell us your experience.

Te preguntaba porque hay una provincia acá en Argentina que también se llama La Rioja, sólo por curiosidad.
Dado que aún no tenés instalado ni Windows Vista ni Windows 7 en ningún equipo, te sugeriría que primero pruebes instalar una instalación limpia de Windows 7. Si no te deja hacer éso, entonces no te quedaría más opción que instalar Windows Vista y luego actualizar a Windows 7.
Sin duda alguna es mucho mejor una instalación limpia que una actualización, por éso te recomendaria probar de la manera que te mencioné recién.
Intentalo y después volvé a contarnos tu experiencia.
