Need help making sense of boot start & end time

In the event log:

BootStartTime 2010-01-03T17:34:50.625000000Z

BootEndTime 2010-01-03T17:38:09.809570300Z

The boot took ROUGHLY 2 minutes (longer than usual). I can't decipher the data in those 2 time strings.

Hi dave. take the start time, subtract it from the finish time. Not counting the decimals I get something akin to 3.59. You said it took ~2 mins?

Looks like 3'19" to me, but I have no idea if it is accurate or exactly what is being timed.

ah, ok, thanks guys, I guess it's possible it took that long and I see that's the ~38 minus ~ 34 in the data strings. thanks! I'll have to do some investigating to see why it took so long--it's normally not much over a minute.

I just did a cold boot and it took just 1:10. It might have been slow before because I had a USB drive hooked up--something I seldom leave connected. I'm not gonna worry about the issue so we can consider this "solved".
