The location of the Libraries folder are in c:\Users\<name>. If you want to add file to these folders, wouldn't you copy and paste files to and from there. Doesn't matter where your incoming files are, it's just a matter of file transferring. I'm i missing the point here?

Yes you can, just copy a file into C:\User\<yourname>\My Music, and it'll appear in the Library under Music. It's just a directory listing.
Ok but the matter is, if you want to add a file to the Library's Misic directory manually, you can copy to the My Music folder. Is that not correct?

Of course you can copy to My Music - because it is a folder. But you cannot copy to Music, which is a library.
