My computer is member of "Domain Computers".
My domain account is member of "administrator".
When i logg into my computer with my domain user account i have although NOT administrator priviligies.

ex: i get this message when run: devmgmt.msc:
"You are logged on as a standard user. You can view device settings in Device Manager, but you must be logged on as an administrator to make changes."

What can i do to get admin rights.
I will do everything to avoid logging in to local computer with local user.

Hi NM,

If your the domain administrator, make sure the existing domain group policy (designed for XP or Vista) is not being applied to your Win7 machine as its about the only thing can be reverting your permissions.
