Don't know if this is the right section.

I've got a Windows 7 comp.

I just added a new Radeon HD5770 to my comp, previously I only had the on borad graphics card.

I've got a wireless PCI card.

According to the device manager Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface 'This device cannot start (Code 10)'. I tried updating it but it says theres no need and I can't roll back too. I even tried to see what happens if I disable it but nothing happened.

There is nothing else flagged up.

When I'm connected to the internet my mouse gets stuck for a split second every little while. My internet connection is shit slow, I managed to eventually get onto speedtest site and it showed I'm getting less then 1mb (should be 10mb).

I'm now on the family laptop using wireless and it all works.

Anyone got any ideas?

at first look it sounds like a conflict on the PCI card with the PCIE gfx card, I suggest unninstall the Network card in device manager then shut down your PC and move the card down or away a slot from the gfx card, boot your system and it should install itself :)

let us know if this has helped ?

The Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface is a IPv6 protocol. In reality it would be nice if everyone used it, but a lot of computers are incompatible with it.

Disabling it should fix the issue, if not, here's another trick that some have used to fix it after installing Norton 360. From the device manager click....

Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface > Update Driver Software... > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer >.

All my slots a filled up.

My top two are taken by the graphics card, third by the wireless card and fourth by the sound card:(

Don't know, that's all she gave.

Have you tried reseating your wireless card? Have you tried connecting to the internet on that computer using a wired connection?

How do I reset my wireless card? (I'm an idiot when it comes to computers)

I think I might have to take the tower to get a wired connection and see what happens but I want to try and get it sorted before I try that.

Reseat the card by pulling it out, and putting it back in to make sure it's in all the way.

I think I've solved the problem.

I was getting ready to take the comp downstairs to get a wired connection and I started by taking of the second screen, as soon as I did that the internet was back to normal.

This means it's because it's because of the second screen. It could be the PSU but I bought a new PSU (Corsair 450watt) with the graphics card which according to the ATI site is the recommended amount.

what is a second screen ?

do you mean the adsl filter ?

I am not confident that your PSU would take much more, such as adding drives or USB devices after adding the 5770 but then again it is a low power demand card , you can check your PSU minimum requirements here

Oo really glad you got your problem solved

It may be you don't have enough juice left for proper internet connection after using a dual monitor system with a 450W power supply.

how weird that is , how would that affect the internet connection speed

maybe the PSU has enough juice for the monitors and all, but has none or little left for the wireless card. I don't know which parts of the comp get the juice first, but this would be a logical guess.

All drivers are upto date.

I've decided to phone up AMD and see what they say but they've closed for the day, tomorrow I'll get a solution. Hopefully.

All of you thanks for you input and help.
