Problem with System Tray Icons (Blurry)

I changed some things in my Appearance settings, then this happened.

Anyone know how to make this normal quality? I tried all I know.

All other images are fine. It's just the system tray. (and system tray settings)

okay its fixed now. I seriously don't know what I did.

That happens every so often. I usually just change the theme to classic and back.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try that when it occurs again. Been using Win7 since it was released and haven't had a problem.
