I'm always good with any windows legacy "Plug $ Play" drivers. Always works good for me. Is Windows 7 so precious it needs these drivers?

what? how are they obtrusive? whats obtrusive about them working properly?
but personally id check logitech for the latest drivers: Logitech
failing that check windows update, then come back and see if youv still got the same response

Your link is useless for me because we live on different continent. It doesnt matter. You try help I appreceate. Just for your info "we can skip troubleshoting mouse/keyboard". Just if you can let me know if is possible momentary see "whats going on in background" which aplication is running? Please. TIA
if you want to see whats going on in the background just open taskmanager (CTRL SHIFT ESC) then click Processes, then Show processes from all users, its usually pretty obvious whats what from there

This is likely the problem. It is my understanding that all USB-related inputs are handled by the CPU. Conversely, PS2 is handled at the interrupt-level of the CPU.
