- Why I did it - I have installed a Rosewill USB 2.0 card reader in the chassis single external 3.5 slot.
- How I did it - turned off the box, disconnected the floppy drive and removed it. That's it. I did not access Device Manager and uninstall it there prior to physical removal.
- Problem - Windows still shows the floppy drive as being installed, even asks me to format the disk after I reboot,
- What I have done so far - I've removed the floppy drive from Device Manager and rebooted; no go.
Any help or suggestions would be welcome. As always, thanks in advance.
