What PSU exactly do you have ? How much Watts and ampere can it deliver ?

Also, always try to clean your PSU 1 time a month to make sure it does not overheat, along with your system of course. Ventilation is really important and cable management inside your case make sometimes make drop your idle temps by some degrees, wich is always a must.

Hi, My power supply says Earthwatts, model EA-500D, 500W Max, and in the table that measures DC output at +5V max is 24A and min is 0.3A. I also wanted to mention that I have been approved an RMA at corsair, But should i go through with it? i have heard bad reports from people who have done it, and maybe the RAM isn't the prob, memtest hasn't shown any errors etc. Also im an aussie so the shipping would cost a bit and it may take ages for them to get the Ram back to me.

Hi i just got another blue screen crash and i think it is a new one - Driver irql is not less or equal- i have attached the dump file to see if anyone could help

Unfortunately we dont have the symbols for vista. I can only guess at the cause and I believe it to be tcpip.sys

I would run a system file check
to verify and repair your system files

type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and "/")

I just did the sfc and no errors were found. Should i just reformat the hd and install windows 7 instead of vista? and if it still gets errors than its definitly hardware and then i can do the RMA with corsire - im sick of vista
