win 7 64 bit crashes freqently

please help me, i have recently instaled windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and every few hours J get a bluescreen. i have attached my minidump file. thanx in advance.

I see a few possible causes. THe first is bad RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

The second is your Asus Data Security Manager Driver. I recommend uninstalling that program.

You may also want to run a system files check. Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

Just to add my two cents. Ekrn.exe (part of ESET NOD32) was utilizing alot of resources at the time

It is found in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS. Place the CBS.log file in a zip folder and upload it to this site using the paperclip icon.
