On my old PC, I have WMP9 and a lot of tracks in .wma format ("Copied from CD") are in a folder on an external disk.
Also in the album folders are the various AlbumArt .jpg files, Folder.jpg files and destop.ini files.
-- what is the best way to import these albums into WMP12?
-- I really do not want to copy them all from CD again.
-- can I just drag and drop the album folders from the external disk into a folder that WMP12 is monitoring?
-- or is there a better way?
Also, can I copy across the .wmdb database files from WMP9 (CurrentDatabase_59R.wmdb and wmpfolders.wmdb) and use them in WMP12? I have edited many track names, adding foreign accents etc.
