Wireless Network at home :)

Hello everybody !
I will buy a laptop (toshiba satellite a500) and that laptop has wireless
10/100/1000 LAN .. And I don't know, I have wireless network at home ?
I have a desktop now and it's with cable So it didn't had wireless card or adapter.
And anyone tell me some suggestions, where I can see I have wireless network ?

Well, you can have a non-wireless router (I have one right here.) Nowadays, go to Best Buy or something like that, I expect that most everything you will see is wireless.

A dead giveaway is gonna be the little black antenna (wireless) or lack there of (not wireless). Also, take a look at the lights on the front panel. One of them might be lables "wireless".
