I manually copied my outlook PST file in the wrong direction (it's quicker than using the folder pair in synctoy), between the desktop and netbook - and ended up losing three days mails,(c 350), and diary entries.

Win7 to the rescue - a quick properties, previous versions, restore - all back to how it should be - thank you Microsoft and win7 :D:D:D
