In the home page on the right side there's a link for the concierge. An TechNet Plus sub has this option too.

I have accounts for technet and msdn, but they are not paid subscriptions yet and I still have some tests to take as well. Could that be the case why the option is not available to me?

I think 7100 will still be the official RC as there has only been build from 7105 onwards. It seems they're saving them (7100 - 7104 LOL) for a rainy day

Is what 32bit? the torrent? or build 7200?

There is (so far) no proof of 7200 actually existing.
The torrent is 32bit, build 7106 but i'd steer clear to be honest.

zzzz look my bottom line is, russians dont confirm anything = fake. RC CANT be build 7200, use your brains for a change, they cant be so tired... last build in RC branch is still 7086 from 16th... you think they would decide in 2 days to make it RC? dream on...
