Anyone had issues with Adobe Photoshop freezing?

since I got my new pc system on windows 7 adobe photoshop cs4 seems to freeze all the time

I'm using 64bit of each, and I am using 12 gig of ram and a quad core..

no problems here, i did have problems with dreamweaver cs4 when i was using vista. it doesnt freeze anymore since i upgraded to win7

Updating the video driver might help
