Something I found out yesterday and unfortunately, I don't have any links to post and I believe the store doen't advertise these products on their website.

If you live near a Fry's Electronics, they have OEM videocards. I took advantage of a special they had running in their Friday sales paper for a motherboard / cpu combo. In the store, I saw the OEM videocard section and picked up an Diamond Radeon 4650 for $20.88. Also unfortunately, if you like nVidia, I only saw offering froms ATi... Saw a Radeon 4870 for $27.88 as well.

If you live near one and are looking for a replacement videocard on the cheap, I suggest checking it out.

(The priced may not be exact as they were at the store I visited (Manhattan Beach), but they should be much less than the retail offerings)
