BSOD i need help please !

i did not have SPTD in my pc, why would i need the link to go download that programe when i dont need it, or i must unistal it, or remove it, is there something thats i dont understand? That link right there is To get To the site TO download SPTD. OR if not Cuz Im blind or i dont know... But i keep looking at that page and its for downloading that programe.. or else, how could i know if i have that thingy in my pc while my pc is reformated to 0? i'am getting lost right now

SPTD is from Deamon Tools or Alcohol 120%. The Driver showed up in your dumps, so we know it is on your system.

It NEEDS to be removed, NOW. Your problem WILL NOT stop until this is done.

I want to clarify the misunderstanding here
The link that I showed him when turned on has option to remove sptd.sys
Even if you don't have Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, using the program download from that link will help u to remove that sptd.sys

thats my prob... i though i was dumb but i think i didnt let you know properly what was my probs, i tryed to download the Programes On that site, But I can't For the Reason i said up there. THat programe is used to Remove the prob i have. So i was telling you, thats i tryed to download THe programe on the site you gave me, the error came saying this progs wasnt An Available On Win32. So Thats mean im stuck there. i cant get that programs cuz of this . Or else i would have try to get that progs and removing my prob thats u are all asking me

You are not dumb...There was a little bit misunderstanding between us that I was trying to clarify, please dont get me wrong. I guess the way that website describe their product's function is not clear, that after you explained, both Lordbob and Zigzag misunderstood you.

now i did instal it. reboted. my desktop is there. Trying to find the programes in my pc I cant find it no where. i got only one place where all my new instal programes goes. i cant find it anywhere. Even not in the ''removing programes'' ... why.. why there must be so many prob for a huge one. each time that i tryed to fix things on any pc always the same thing hapend. i do know enough how to act with computer, but this kind of weird thing thats something is instaled. and ask me to rebot. and now i cant see the new programe in my whole computer make me mad lol.. im serious lol if i try to re-instal that progs it said its detected and need to be updated. should i update or no?

Sorry but what program? you mean Sptd.sys...
You did use the tool we gave you to remove it...now forget about it...you done with it

you guys have sent me this : SPTD inst-v169x64. k . i did instal it. but is that normal i cant see it anywhere in my pc?. if im done with it , and i cant see it no where in my pc okay. now im only asking you if i need to update it. if not what do i do.

Sebastien, that tool does not install anything, it REMOVES the STPD driver from your system.

Next time you have a BSoD (if at all!) then we can double check to make sure it is gone.
If you don't get any more, then hopefully that was the cause and you are set.

I'm gonna explain to you the whole situation now
Sptd.sys is the file that caused you BSODs and that file is not easy to remove just by hitting "delete" key on your keyboard. Now, we need to remove it completely out of your system. The tool that we gave you which is SPTD inst-v169x64. k, it remove sptd.sys from your system
Now, supposed you did remove it by using what we gave you, it nolonger in your system. THerefore you won't see it
Please forget about it now...you fine..no need to curious what else you can do with that program

Just to clarify, you did NOT install anything. That was a program to REMOVE the bad driver.
