This looks to me that your CPU is causing it to crash.
CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (101)
An expected clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor in an
MP system within the allocated interval. This indicates that the specified
processor is hung and not processing interrupts.

This sounds like it is saying the Processor clock was off, causing the system to shut down.

Not sure how to check this, but it seems like your CPU is bad. Lets make sure before we have to replace it though.

Hi,

Please turn driver verifier on:
I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

Please upload all dump files that you get

Regards,
Reventon

It doesn't matter if it reboots automatically or not - what matters is if a minidump is created in C:\Windows\Minidump

Upload the latest dump files please.

To enable restarting after a BSoD, go to system (press start and pause/break) then advanced system settings. Click on Advanced system settings on the left, then go to the advance tab. Under that, click on startup and recovery settings. Under the system failure section, check automatically restart.

The "code" is in your dump file, located in C:\minidump as reventon said.

Hi,

Same STOP code as before, and not much info in this dump either:

However given that the you got one almost immediately after activating the verifier - there could still be a software issue.

Please update these out of date drivers:

Leave the Verifier running for now - however do not try to open a game or go full graphique until you have updated those drivers in my above post.

Also, you do not have to find out what chipset you have to update the Intel Networking Driver - just run this application and it will detect and install the correct driver for you Intel® Driver Update Utility

Try installing the driver manually then.

To see whether Verifier is still running type verifier /query (in a cmd.exe window)
