Is is possible to convert from 32bit color to 64 color bit. A cousin of mine has a system that oringinally supports 16 bit and he had it converted or updated to 32 bit from a software. He is not good with computers at all and does not know the software. I had gone to his house after a few weeks but he had the windows corrupted and thus lost the software now he will go to the shop after some long time as he is not in his village any more and does not have the persons contact no. from which he had the software (driver) installed.

If I recall correctly, color-bit is the depth of your color, with 32-bit (true color) being the highest that I am aware of.

Yes that is what i was thinking as well but i don't think my cousin is lying (I am Sure). As i saw his computer changing from 16 bit to 32 bit, at that time i was not really interested to change my laptop from 32 to 64 ( that would be because i didn't have one:D)

stormy13 has it right. You are confusing your terms. 32 bit color is the highest you are going to see right now. I'm sure the terminology is better, but the color depth refers to the total number of colors that can be displayed, and has absolutely nothing to do with the OS's platform.
