PLEASE NEED HELP HOW TO RESET AsP.NET MACHINE ACCOUNT!

So basically, ive somehow gotten antivir virus on my laptop. I wanna get rid of the by downloading a anti virus online but i need the password to asp.net machine account. I have no idea wat it is. Please i need help, my laptop is useless if i cant get the pass to asp.net machine account. Please help, will be much appreciated. Please hurry

No no the thing is Mickey megabyte, i cant download anythin without its password. I dont know when or how, i let it become the admin so i need its permision whenever i wanna download anything. And windowstar, how should i back up my files and everything? sorry im a noob when it comes to PCs. I got windows 7 premium, just saying, and wat does a rebootable cd exactly mean. I got a friend who knows how to back up my files and then totally wipe my pc. Is that wat u ment? Please help me, My laptop is useless. Ty in advance

ok, i don't have your machine in front of me, so i don't know exactly what the problem is.

you say you have a friend who can sort you out, and can backup your files and wipe your pc - hopefully he also knows how to reinstall windows 7 too. i take it you still have the windows install disc and a valid serial key?

it's probably a good idea to let your friend take a look.

Ok, so ill explain the situation again: Basically, i have 3 accounts. One is named Mirfan (administrator), One is named guest, and one is named Asp.net machine account. Mirfan somehow got this virus named antivir. It wont let me use the internet. I started using Guest than. I found this free thing that will get rid of antivir. But to download it, i need the permission of Asp.net mAchine account. I have no idea who set it as administrator, and i have no idea how it got there. I actually might have accidently set it as administrator while i was trying to set guest as administrator. Lol i dunno. Now im basically screwed.

the normal way to delete user accounts is to logon as an administrator with another account, and go to control panel >> user accounts >> add or remove user accounts

Woah Woah Woah, hang on. This ASP thing is your Administrators account? Your not the Administrator on your computer?

1) How is it a virus then?

2) We can't help you crack the Administrator password, we have to respect the restrictions put in place by your Machine Administrator, I suggest you take it up with them.

No, the virus is this thing called antivir. So my account named mirfan is still the administrator. But mirfan has the virus in it called antivir. im not sure why it keeps asking asp.net machine accounts password whenever i wanna download something. So basically, i think i have two administrators then. Please help me out, i never had set asp.net machine account as my administrator. Ive been trying to fix this for about 6 hours now. I was up to 5 last night treying to get it fixed.

sorry, i don't know how to help further, without suggesting that you reinstall - it's the only way to ensure your virus gets killed.
