Well mates, got not enough time today (may be not in this week), This is just a prototype of thought, or blueprint for others for our group work...the spaces / gaps are blank, so the siggy base will be seen through, I have an idea to put a glowing geographic globe there (animation but of high quality and low spin time, I mean low RPM), may be seven logo over Globe (indicating Sevenforums is a wordwide forum). The inside area (the glassy rectangular area) will have a Glare outside it (like Movie Prime lens),that will travel through the upper border. (I dont know how to make such animation). I am giving stress to techniques...

Its just a prototype (PSD available though in 2000x7000 pixel size, 300 dpi with magin), I have not given enough time for anypart that much, to be loyal.
