Hello everyone :)
I've just installed PDF-XChange Pro in the trial version because I want to leave Acrobat (both reader and program).
But the first problem I'm getting to, it's the loss of any pdf files icons.
I've set as default PDF viewer PDF-XChange Pro, for the browser too (Firefox). I've disinstalled Acrobat reader and then restarted the computer.
But....as you can see by the screenshots, in the detailed view I can see only the generic file's icon and I cannot solve the problem neither with File association by Seven nor with WinSeven Manager.
Any idea by all of you "guru"? :)
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the quick reply, but I did this as first option.
The program runs perfectly, the pdf file are opened by PDF-XChange Pro so I think the association is the right one. But no icon, It's like PDF-XChange Pro has not its own icon :(
I've seen now another thing: in the file's list I don't have any pdf file. It seems to be disappeared!

Okay, PDF Pro is for printing pdf files. So let's go ahead and reinstall Adobe Reader, which will not interfere with the PDF print driver.

Thanks again :) but this program is not only a reader, but overall a pdf compiler, it's like Adobe Acrobat and it's for this reason that I like to have it. It's very light compared at all the Adobe option but does the same work for me.

So I'm trying to understand why I have this problem.
In the Tracker forum there is another people with my same problem and the icon appears and disappears every time he reboot .............
