Bluetooth wont pair

Hi, I have just reinstalled 7 on my Samsung laptop. It is 32bit system, an I installed 64 bit ultimate as I installed 4GB ram.

Now I can’t find any Bluetooth devices, and also when I pair my phone with it, and it shows

"A Bluetooth device is trying to connect, Click to allow this"

When I click it doesn’t have a popup to enter passkey.

Can anybody advise please? I have used windows update drivers, and then also drivers off Samsungs website for my laptop, just can’t seem to get it to connect at all.

I do have a second separate issue since I have reinstalled using ultimate N x64 see here also.

Cheers

Rich

CSR dongle #9370 pairing issue

I installed the dongle and tried to add my Samsug M390 phone. The pairing timed out as I was entering the passkey on my phone. My phone recognized the Acer Aspire One netbook computer but the computer does not recognize the phone. Successive tries have not successfully paired the devices. How do I add the phone to my computer's recognized devices now?
