Having a problem booting Windows 7
Ok. So ever since about 9:30 two days ago, my own computer has not been able to start up at all. I took the hard drive out of that computer, attached it to another laptop (via a device called 'BlacX'), and ran scans on it to find out that it was infected with a Boot.Tidserv.
Several scans later (norton, malwarebytes, and even GMER), no Boot.Tidserv was found. However, returning my hard drive to my laptop still does not let me start windows.
Any solutions I have tried finding all lead to having the Windows 7 startup disk, which I don't have.
Is it still possible to fix my hard drive?
*edit* and No matter which Msinfo.exe I run, It gives the information on the current computer, not my hard drive
