Caps Lock on, usb3 gone or lies

    Hello everybody.
Suddenly it stucks the light on, in "Caps Lock" key. Also
when I insert an usb3 memory, it says "..it can perform better blah blah.."
even if I try to every port laptop has (all usb2 and usb3).
Often when I'm using many usb at the same time, one or two ports disappear...
I'm just after a clean install and I did maybe a "mistake?"
I had all the drivers in a usb3 memory
and I if I remember well some I 'd install from there. I don't know really if that was wrong, I know only
the 3 problems that I mention above.
    Any idea is welcome.
    My questions are :
If problems came from drivers, which drivers are involved? (Dell xps)
Could it be Renesas usb3? or JMicron controller? or what else?
And if you believe problems came from drivers, could I just overwrite and install again any?
or I've to unistall them first?
    Thank you.

    Run windows update fully.

Check Device Manager for any driver issues.

Capslock is a keyboard issue, no clue as to why it would be stuck on caps lock.

Once you turn caps lock off, it should always stay off.

Brian - I may be wrong, but I think he just meant you hadn't responded to his USB question.

I just think he wasn't clear.

You just keep digging the hole deeper don`t you ?

Water will not help a burned house, that`s like throwing a drowning man an anchor.

    Quit while you`re ahead.
