Touch & pen support on Windows 7

Hi, recently downgraded my Dell 11 Venue pro from W10 to W7 but touch screen not working.
Installed all drivers but no success. Can't find the right answer for the problem.
Any help much appreciated.

Win 7 does not support touch screen. Win 8/8.1/10 do, however, it is best to only use the original supplied OS with this model.

You wrong, Windows 7 does support touch screen.
I'm using at work Panasonic xentry tab with Mercedes software which running Windows 7.
Just need solution to run it on Dell.
