    Hello.

Where did you get the installer from as that is the primary suspect, you are attempting a clean install, correct? where did the installer come from?

Its a brand new windows 7 32 bit cd. I also tried a different copy that my friend has and i was just going to use my cd KEY and same exact issue. Someone was saying i might need to update the bios but I dont know how... and I cant find the latest update and there is no floppy drive just usb. I have a Music XPC (Shuttle) FB77 which I believe is SB77G5.

Try wiping the HD before install using Diskpart Clean Command by accessing DISKPART At PC Startup.

If that fails, then wipe it again, create, format and mark Active an NTFS Primary partition as shown in Step 2.2 here: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

If that fails, write the latest official ISO to flash stick using Step 1 + 2 in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which also has the best practices for installing Win7 for you to study.

If that fails, unplug the DVD drive and try again.
