WE have about 500 email addresses. They look like this
"friend of MTC Company" [email protected] I am not sure where they came from they were here when I got here.
We had a duplicate address problem and I did the process of getting rid of duplicates. It worked. BUT It put all the email address under Freind of MTC company" all under that same name and it made them useless.
What I need to do is to get it back to where it had many duplicates named "Friend of MTC company" and be able to keep it that way and gradually add the names to them when these people respond to us in marketing.
The original duplicate problem stemmed from a Iphone device that was syncing both of its outlook contacts along with apple contacts. That part problem has been resolved meaning it is not producing dups any more.
