I received a .rpmsg file with a transaction receipt for some tickets in an attachment to an email. The file did not open. Windows did not recognize the extension.
I have Outlook 2007.
As I understand it, with this system, you are supposed to click on the file, Microsoft then sends an code to the email address to which the file was sent, you then copy the code into a prompt, and the file opens.
I get the feeling that this system works in the Android world.
Posts say that the system works better with Microsoft email accounts and Outlook. Despite dozens of posts saying that Outlook will open the file, I found nothing that explained how to do it with Outlook 2007.
